The sprint begins at 08:00, reaches a midday checkpoint, moves through a consolidated review window and finishes with testing and launch.
Your role on the day
One authorised decision-maker must be reachable for prompt, consolidated feedback.
After launch
You receive handover guidance and an agreed support period, with optional maintenance available.
